★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matthew Kowalchuk was wonderful to deal with and responded almost instantly any time I had a question. Everyone including Audrey Pierre & Stephanie Oni are very quick to reply to enquiries. Looking forward to seeing how the building is once construction is finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must be a Mickey Mouse organization. Setup appointment to view on a Sunday, received confirmation, then received reminder on phone. Drove an hour to the site but leasing agent didn’t bother showing up. When I called to check I was told they decided to reschedule until next week. No one bothered to contact me, and no one apologized. Definitely a Mickey Mouse management company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We entered into a short term rental with Eagle Pointe and were very satisfied with our stay. COVID delayed the completion of construction but Ironclad stepped up for tenants in several ways that were appreciated and certainly above and beyond what other property management companies would do.
Communication with Stephanie and Audrey was stellar. They were available often and responded so quickly to all requests, big and small. They also did an excellent job advocating for tenants in the early days of the construction delay (Thank you!!).
The building and property itself is lovely. It's in the perfect location in Kanata, close to the main road, gas stations, parks, groceries - everything. The apartments are well sized, lots of upgraded features and excellent amenities such as in-apartment laundry, a gym, a/c, large balconies etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As much as I like the apartment building, I was really put off by the person giving me a "tour". I use the word "tour" very loosely because I wasn't told anything about the place, didn't get taken around to see the facility….it was a one sided "tour". She brought me into the model 2 bedroom apartment and rested on the island. I kept saying "quickest tour ever" in jest, thinking she would take the hint, but she just looked at me go through the apartment and said nothing. I asked a few questions but the person didn't make any effort whatsoever to make a sale. I never got a floor plan, never got a price (was given a ball park price "from this to this") just bad business. I'm going to Brigil. They were exceptional and made me excited to live there. This place made me run the other way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stephanie was amazing and showed how much she really cared about this apartment complex! She was so friendly and such a beautiful person inside and out! The apartments are huge, modern and clean. When asked about the carpets and stains she told us how they would fix it instead of us worrying (always a potential for spilling). The carpets in the bedroom only and they are so easy to clean and maintain! I was so impressed because my concern was carpets and I explained that to her and she understood and had a way to solve the issue to make me feel better! The amenities that this place has is amazing (if you have little ones definitely recommend)! It was clean all of them which I like a lot! If you are looking for a budget friendly clean NEW place to live I highly recommend!!!
