It's rare these days to find a vendor that is so responsive, prompt, and delivers what they say they will when they will. I'm stoked to have E-Tech as a choice vendor to refer my customers to!

The file conversion went smoothly and with100% accuracy. I was highly impressed and would absolutely recommend their services to anyone needing Quickbooks file conversions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their "Sage (Simply Accounting) Quantum Downgrade Service" when a client of mine wanted to downgrade from Sage's crazy expensive Quantum package, to the Premium w/ Payroll package they used to use. Sage, for some reason, doesn't offer the option to downgrade your company data files, so you're forced as the end user to go source your own third party service that does this for you. I found E-Tech, and did my best as a computer nerd to try to verify that they were legit, and not just some payment scam that took our cash, then did nothing with the files. I was VERY HAPPY how the process went. 4 company files sent up to their servers, and about 24 to 48hrs later, I had all 4 downgraded and ready to download locally. Downgraded our Sage's to Premium, then just used the built in "Restore from Backup" option in Sage to recreate the company files. They were perfect...all reports matched dollar for dollar. Can't recommend this enough if you need to step down to Premium!

I found them online - worked with Dawn and John on 2 projects - both of which were completed to our satisfaction in a very timely manner. They have excellent quality control, handle data in a sensitive manner and I would highly recommend this company for any of your Quickbooks needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't sure about doing a conversion from quickbooks Enterprise to Premier. Many companies would advertise a price then when you dug deeper they would add more options and it would go from $299 to $2990 literally! E-tech was the most responsive played no deceptive games and had it done in less than half a day. They have a US address, their attention to security is second to none. I will use them again and definitely recommend their services.

It was completed within 2 days of the files being sent to them and the method of uploading these sensitive documents, I felt was as secure as it could be. I'll definitely use E-Tech again.

It can sometimes be difficult to create the trust needed to be certain you are dealing with a reputable vendor - especially on line. But Dawn and team were very responsive and provided an appropriate NDA when requested. The quality of the conversion was excellent - I'm very impressed with the end result. Exceeded expectations.
