Knowledgeable, listens to needs. Also listened to me whine, a lot with patience. Helped me on a tight budget, gave clear options of my choices. Fairly quick personalized service. Highly recommend, this is 2nd time with computer repairs, no fault of his. Was also impressed with time and effort spent on testing to diagnose for a flat fee and continued testing to ensure there wasn't secondary issue. Pricing verrrrry reasonable.

As a fellow technician in BC I recently found Justin through another tech in Alberta. A family member near to his business had a problem with an upgrade they attempted to their PC and the computer would no longer boot. I had them bring the computer to Justin and he diagnosed it quickly, provide us with options to repair/upgrade and provided very effective service. We proceeded with the repairs and he did a high quality job in a timely manner at a fair price. Couldn't ask for any more than that. Thanks Justin!

I decided to have a custom PC built for myself and was referred to Justin for it through a friend. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. After a quick budget discussion, Justin took the time to explain/discuss options for every piece that went into the PC. It helped me get the best my money could buy. When some parts were acquired cheaper then he thought, he called me to let me know, so I would have the option to keep the savings or invest into better parts elsewhere. He truly seems passionate about his work. My one stop shop from here on out for all my computer tech needs!

Originally took my computer in for a blue screen but seeing the passion that Justin had towards his business, I decided to get some upgrades. Everything we went through he was very honest and very informative on everything I had questions on. I got him to transform my computer and I couldn't be happier. His pricing was very fair and the timing for completion was on par. Will be using for any future computer problems hands down best place in town. Before and after pics to show how clean his work is, p.s looks 10x better in person photo quality is not that great.

Gave my buddy the worst advice and told him his entire pc was bricked, and charged him $100. So my buddy did his own tests and figured out his problem, with zero help from talk nerdy to me. PS the Pc was not bricked...

I took my brother's custom computer to Justin to find out why it was no longer turning on. After a day he called me to tell me that the motherboard was fried, which, he claimed was due to a faulty PSU. When I explained that the PSU in the computer is brand new, and put in after the computer stopped working (in the hopes that a dead PSU was the only issue), he admitted that he didn't know for sure that the power supply was faulty because it failed one of his tests, but passed the other. Justin gave me several suggestions as to what I could or should do to fix the computer. Given that my brother is in the military and currently deployed, i needed to be sure of what he wanted to be done. He decided he'd find the parts he wanted when he's home (he's very particular and this computer is his baby). i picked the computer up, realizing immediately that Justin and put the sides of the case back no wrong. When I got the computer home and removed the side panels, I found that the screws for it had been tightened far too much and had deformed the holes in the side panels and stripped paint. Once the panels were removed I found that none of the cords Justin has unplugged were plugged back in. Ultimately, I paid over $100 for uncertainty, and for Justin to disrespect me as a customer by mistreating my brother's property. I can not, and will not recommend Talk Nerdy to anyone. In fact, I suggest taking your computer issues to someone willing to give it the care you're looking for.

I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with Justin. He helped me with a gaming computer that I had just purchased and that was not working out of the box. He kept me in contact the entire time which was incredibly reassuring as he spent a ton of time researching and trying different things until the problems where resolved. I never felt pressured into buying unnecessary parts nor did I ever feel taken advantage of. Instead I felt like family, every time I walked out of the shop I had a better knowledge of computers and specifically how mine worked. once the computer was fixed Justin invited me to the shop to test a few games on it to make sure I was satisficed with the work he had done, then ran me through all the components that where added and gave me a game plan for future upgrades if I choose to do them I wont trust anyone else with my future computer needs.
