M	MylesEh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to go here weekly unfortunately and everyone is wonderful minus one lady with braided hair, has an absolutely piss poor attitude, I had a bruise for days after she took my blood (never had one prior weeks). She alone makes me never want to go back to this location, there's no reason to raise your voice at patients..I don't want to be there either lady.
M	Mwinyela Suglo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whats the point of making an appointment if I am going to wait? I was put under "walk-in" when I actually had an appt. Next time I'll definitely drive out to have it done, waited 30 mins and clinic wasn't even busy. Lesson learned.

I also work in Healthcare, so I get how busy it gets but I would never talk to my patients the way she spoke to me. If it wasn't for the super kind phlebotomists, I would've probably given my first ever experience at this location a 1 star. The phlebotomist I had made my experience coming there much better. He was very calm and kind. I think I'm going to avoid this dynalife and would rather drive to Edmonton for a better experience.

Front desk was absolutely pleasant and nice, and realistic about wait times to everyone coming in (and asking with annoyance). The two ladies drawing blood were also extremely kind and wonderful. I will be coming to this location from now on! It’s much smaller than any others I’ve been to, but much more pleasant.

I called to make an appointment but the earliest available appointment was in July so I decided to go as a walk-in and the wait was less than an hour. This was on a Wednesday at approximately 1115hrs. The appointment was for my 6yr old grandson who was very frightened to have blood drawn for the first time. The staff could not have been better and my grandson was so happy with how quick and painless it was . He is definitely more confident and has said that he will be able to do this again without fear. This is so important for a child with a fear of needles as this positive experience will give him the confidence he needs for any future lab work or vaccinations. Thank-you everyone, you did a great job!
