Horrible!!! These guys are the worst! ....and Im "stuck" having to accept disgraceful service. Brand new policy. Changes to my policy adding $1300 AFTER my deposit is laid and agreement is "final"! Yes, it got reversed. Then my policy comes in mail with a raised payment schedule, and added dates that weren't orginally addressed! I specifically asked my broker, Julia, what I could expect with this new policy, dates/amounts etc. She provided answers that intially gave comfort in stating NOTHING in my policy would change. She s rude, un-informative, disrespectful in blaming me for not "wanting" to understand these new changes - that she can do nothing about. Her manager failed to address me and call me back as agreed. I've followed up with every issue to my policy of my own volition. Taking it upon myself not to be overlooked. Seriously disgraced with the negativity I've received, and the attitude given, from THIER MISTAKE which has little to do with my comprehension than them looking at why these changes are happening and to be addressed as such. THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST , Take my experience as fact. Do your research and vote with your dollars where ethical business is still acknowledged and appreciated.

After moving to Alberta and having terrible experiences in BC I decided to switch to dyberg. Unfortunately our first winter we experienced a driver run a red light and hit us. After calling dyberg they rectified the situation immediately and put our mind at ease. I would recommend them to anyone looking to change companies.

I explained my insurance needs. After 15 minutes, I was told that "I do not listen". Btw, I am a retired professional. The lady I spoke to lifted herself out of her chair (confrontational) as she judged my listening skills. I am now convinced that this office has zero customer service skills. So sad in this day and age.

Awful experience!! Everytime I call it's a huge hassle dealing with Rick. You can barely hear him over the phone until he moves his Brittney spears headset closer to his mouth. I'm not to sure if he even knows what hes doing. Just read the reviews and you'll know this place is the worst and most unpleasant place to get any kind of insurance. Worst customer service!!!

Dyberg Insuance is a horrible place to get your insurance. They are way over priced and not competitive at all. They appear to have a huge turn over rate considering when I call them, I speak to a different "broker" every time. I put quotations around "broker" because A) no clue who I'm speaking with most times and B) they really don't seem to have any answers to my questions about things, just lots of deflection and "this is the way it is everywhere" I've been insured through Dyberg for YEARS. For the most part its no big deal because they DO NOTHING. It's between me and Intact. However the few times that I have needed something at the Dyberg office, they're closed. Its literally always turns out that my time to see and talk to someone in the office is the EXACT ONE HOUR DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY THAT THEY SHUT DOWN. The last few times I needed to talk to someone there, I found myself waiting to work around THEIR schedule. ... Very frustrating. My most recent experience however was when I received notification my rates were going up and when I called Dyberg, the Lady (according to another person working there it was Cathy) told me she would look around and get some quotes and call me back during the last week of MARCH. During the first week of April, after I still hadn't heard from anyone at Dyberg, I went to a different broker where I received exceptional service, they do NOT close for a full hour in the middle of the day, AND i saved $50 PER MONTH. I called Dyberg back and spoke with Carol (the one who told me I was previously speaking with Cathy) Carol said she would get all the paperwork together and send me off an email to sign and end my policy. They have sent me many emails in the past so I know they have the right one (and iIve never changed emails since being with them) And here we are, Four days later and no email. AND its a holiday long weekend so nothing for the NEXT FOUR days. It's clear that these people don't really care about the work they do or the results for the customer. It seems to be nothing more than a paycheque and reason to be on whyte ave. MY PERSONAL OPINION IS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY I would have given them zero stars if there was an option. seriously I can't think of a good thing about this place.

I worked with Dyberg for two years. My review is based on what happens inside the doors. I can say the group that they have working there works hard to do what is best for both the clients and the companies they work with. if you can find away into the tight team to would be a great place to work. They do work hard there to help. however with the markets being what they are they are limited on how far they can go.

I agree with most other reviews that the customer service has gone downhill. I was with Dyberg for years and my insurance kept going up with no claims or tickets. After 10 years with Dyberg I found more comprehensive insurance for 40% less. I was shocked to find I was being charged so much. My advice is to shop around.
