★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my home and auto insurance through a direct writer for the longest time and wanted to have a broker manage my policies. I contacted Steve at BIG Whitby he was able to quote my home and auto in no time and got me a better rate than I had through my group insurance program. Steve was extremely knowledgeable about all the options available and very responsive to emails (no having to wait on hold for 20+ minutes to speak with a random person in a call center who I would never speak with again) Its reassuring to know that I have the coverage I need and that in the event of a claim I would have a broker like Steve in my corner to deal with the process. Highly recommend BIG Whitby!
