You get to experience and discover the city in a very fun way. We were 6 guys and our guide Tony was so nice and made sure that we enjoy our tour to max.

For a heavy bike like NIU bikes first thing you have to ask is WHAT IF you get a FLAT TIRE or suddenly the BIKE STOPS WORKING. Before we decided to get our bikes from Dyad we asked this question and they assured us that all you have to do is call them, they come to you and assist you, and they even compared their service with GIO bikes. So we bought 2 bikes delivered to us the next evening at Cote St. Luc. To cut the story short, yesterday i had a flat tire,around 2km away from my house.i called them if they can assist me. The lady told me to HIRE A TRUCK TO BRING THE BIKE TO THEIR SHOP.THEY DON'T COME TO YOU AND THEY DON'T DO REPAIRS ON THE WEEKENDS! so i asked if on the weekdays they can come and pick up the bike for repair at their shop,her answer THEY WILL NOT, COTE ST LUC IS TOO FAR. It got me so upset and disappointed so i asked what happened to their roadside assistance policy, she said they don't have that, i insisted that before i purchased our bikes thats what we asked. She put me on hold. Then a guy told me to leave my bike where it is and they will come and pick it up for $90 they will call me the following day to make an appointment for the repair of a flat tire at their shop that will take around 3-10days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star service all the way. I recently purchased an ebike from Dyad and have been very happy with the service they've provided so far. Before I got the bike, I came in a bit late one day when they were closing to ask a few questions while I was still in the decision making process of purchasing. One of their employees, Anais, was so kind as to answer all my questions even though the store had closed 15 minutes earlier. This definitely motivated me to pull the trigger because I felt comfortable with the fact that they don't try to rush potential customers, but actually care about providing an excellent service. Her colleague, Jordan, was also great to work with and very professional, despite the fact that they can get very busy at times. Lastly, when I came to pick up the bike itself, one of the owners, Joelle was there and was very friendly and helpful in giving me more details about the bike and telling me about some of the features. For those looking to purchase an ebike, look no further. Above and beyond the great team they have there, 2 things also stood out. One is that they are open year round so can help service your bike even in the winter (which is a big deal to me). A lot of places will just sell you a bike and you're on your own in terms of repairs. Secondly, when you order your bike they have one of their mechanics put together the bike from scratch so you know you're getting all new parts. It's a special feeling to know the bike was made just for you, and there's nothing like still seeing new packaging on some parts of the bike when you come to pick it up. I will definitely be back to get a spare battery soon and a rack to carry it so I can travel further. Keep up the good work Dyad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here summer 2021 from Toronto, fantastic experience. We rented 8 scooters overnight and toured Montreal. One of our scooters had a small scuff on the front fender and the owner said "don't worry about it". Due to the amazing customer service, I have referred 3 groups of friends to do this as a MUST in Montreal. My friends and I will come back to rent once again when we're back in Montreal. 10/10 recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here May 2022 for a bachelorette party of 11. The staff were so accommodating with moving our reservation around when we were delayed. They had all the bikes ready and gave us a demonstration, making sure we felt comfortable before we started to ride. The staff were extremely friendly and even gave us some top places to visit after we returned the scooters. The scooter ride itself was fantastic. The can go up to 32 km/hr which allows you to ride on the road with the flow of traffice. It was a terrific way to experience Montreal. Even between electric bikes and this, I found this to be an overall better experience. Definitely something I will try again when they open up in Toronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oussama went out of his way to not only teach us about the bike but also about Montreal. Gave us advice on stores, and attractions around the area, safe areas to ride the bike and so much more. Friendly and passionate about his job, and super down to earth when talking with customers. Biking was so much fun, especially around the F1 track!! I look forward to renting again when I return!! This will probably be the most memorable thing we did form our trip, and I highly recommend you give it a try!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on an e-bike tour today in Mount Royal on the mountain and around town.
It was both educational and fun, a unique way to experience the city.
"David" the guide made it safe and brought fantastic energy. He even lent us a pair of glives and snow pants for some unprepared guests ?
We will definitely try this again in the summer!
