★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order two cauliflower crust pizzas with veggie pepperoni, pineapple, BBQ sauce. Received a thin crust pizza even though we paid extra for the cauliflower crust. Spent 10 minutes on the phone waiting, spoke to a call center rep who questioned me for a long time on if I was mistaken even though I explained twice I've already had the cauliflower crust before. In the end was given a $20 credit that expires in 6 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst services ever experienced.
Regarding language: The employees were not able to communicate in French and English both. They knew only Punjabi. Also, the delivery drivers didn’t even care to wear a mask. They were working without the mask.
In terms of food, I gave them the order to make a thin crust pizza but they made a pan pizza with the worst dough ever.!!!
Its not possible to give 0 star, else I would have definitely given a 0 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always liked Pizza Pizza; however I recently move close to this one and it's another experience. The employees are always extremely kind and smiling, this is really nice each time. Plus, they know me and my favorite order ! Probably not the best for me because I wanna go there kind of everyday ! I recommend this place for the persons, the hygiene and the safety feeling during this pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just ordered here using skip the dishes and ordered a small pizza and wings, very simple. however, instead of getting wings i got a box of fries? not sure how you mess that up. i even got a physical receipt with it that says i purchased wings. the wings are also about twice the price as the fries too so that's pretty upsetting. only reason it's not one star is because at least the pizza was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience I have gotten in Montreal there is no costumer service, the staff was unable to communicate in English or French, one of the staff was being rude because I was asking for the pizza sizes. I decided to wait for my order and they gave it to someone else, the person that received the order was kind enough to identify the issue and give it to me, they didn’t care to be honest. Never coming back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza took forever to be ready and when I finally got it it was already cold, there was soggy cheese beneath the pizza, and the bottom of the box was covered in sauce. Also, the workers never wear masks. Im surprised this place hasn’t been shut down for health code violations, it’s disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was worst service that I got in the world in pizza pizza.
The first they didn’t have a menu as a paper, I checked the menu online.
After that we wanted to made a order but the cashier( Indian lady) didn’t know what we wanted to eat and we showed online menu to her.
I was staying there till my order was ready, but they didn’t tell me about that. After 10 minutes after the oversee was ready, another Indian lady announced my order.
I would like to let all customer, this team didn’t have any training at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a late night out on Boulevard Saint Laurent, Pizza Pizza was our only vegan option. Thank you for making such an excellent vegan pie late at night. The plant-based chicken sandwich was exquisite as always. We recommend that Pizza Pizza continue to expand and ultimately transition to a fully plant-based menu
