Not only did Jeremy fix it but I had it back within 48 hours and at a reasonable price. I have told neighbours and friends where they should take their bike if repair is needed!!! Thank you again.

I got a ride to Durham Cycles -- which operates out of a family home, but don't let that discourage you -- and Jeremy quickly assessed the problem. He happened to have a used part on-hand to replace my broken one and had me back on the road in about an hour. Unfortunately, a few hours later, the replacement part failed and by then I'd travelled too far to bring the bike back to Jeremy. Instead, he gave support over the phone, sent photos with instructions, and offered a discount on my next visit. All told, with the equipment failure, the experience was more like 4.5 / 5, but given what Jeremy pulled off in a pinch with parts on-hand and the attentive follow-up support, I'm fine rounding it up to 5 stars.

Jeremy is very responsive and if you like texting he kept me in the loop with what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and when it would be ready for pick up. Work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I needed the gears adjusted as they were slipping in each of the 7 gears and my brakes needed adjusting also. I confess I was initially skeptical as he works out of his house, but in the end I am a satisfied customer and would recommend Jeremy to anyone needing bike repairs. Only thing he readily admitted was that when it came to the electronics of an ebike, he was not knowledgeable. So anything mechanical on any bike he can do.

He also swapped out my road bike handle to a hybrid type handle bar which works out really great for me. I am really glad I found him very reasonable and quick.
