Staff was very friendly and helpful, pizza was great, had such a good time, definitely recommend it! Cant wait to go back there!

D	Deez Nutz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience edit*** was asked why…… Hosted my nephews 3rd bday and going away party here. I called three times to ensure all went well. They explained no outside food but can order Rustys. I called the day before to confirm and again was told no problem for Rustys. Showed up for the party even said on my way out I am going to order lunch. Rusted was locked and I was then told Rusty was closed. This is awful service. And the staff does not help out at all. It is disorganized event place. One star because now matter what, it is a fun time for the kids. I would also like to let the staff there know we heard you complain about us and how you would have to clean up our mess and you can’t wait for us to leave so no worries “we” will not be back to bother you again! Terrible service. And thank you to the mom at the party who stopped the staff member from yelling at the kids! When damages were done to a party goers vehicle by a piece of rebar sticking up out of one your curbs it was like pulling teeth from the staff to get the correct contact information for an insurance claim to be mad.

V	Vladimir Gonchar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a table for Birthday party. Agreed in the table we wand. But after the party was set up the suddenly decided to move us to the different table. They decline all previous agreements telling: "conditions changed" only then we sad we are leaving they finally allow us to stay at the table we booked. They ruin our birthday. Last time we had a party there and all our guests agreed.
J	James Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices were decent kids had fun. Service workers at the desk were grumpy/not very friendly. It took 15 mins for a poutine. Still good fries were cold. It is a place for kids so that's what matters.

First of all, there were four people standing behind the desk when we walked in today and only one of them knew that I could use a gift card… the other three had no idea and tried to tell me no right away. Second of all, the bathrooms were disgusting. And third of all, I think with as many staff as they had on hand it could have been managed a lot better and the cleanliness of the building could improve. My kids enjoyed the trampoline & indoor play place.
S	Sean McIntyre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family had a great time at the Dunmore Dugout! We all took part in the high ropes course outside and the glow in the dark mini golf inside. It was an exceptionally hot that day so we needed to work to keep cool. We look forward to visiting again, someday, as there is a lot more to do that we didn't get a chance to try during our short visit.
