Got paint from there yesterday and it was soo nice to work with. I would definitely go back to this place from now on for my paint.

A	Alex McConnachie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order online in Halifax that was supposed to go the the Bedford store, somehow managed to go to Lyndsay instead. Store won't refund money and provided the only option to ship it with us paying for shipping. Also said paint won't ship well. Talked to a few other Dulux stores and they all say the right thing is to refund the money. I guess they are more interested in keeping the money and selling the mixed paint again for top dollar than doing the right thing. Seeing if I can arrange shipping as it's $126 worth of paint....

I have been purchasing Dulux Products from the Libdsay location for several years and their service has always been excellent. I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff at the lindsay location, in particular the excellence of service provided by Lori the store manager.

I asked for the exact same paint and colour and they only had semi gloss not eggshell. I asked what the difference was and they said semi gloss has more of a shine. I took the semi gloss and got home and it was white, no tint added. Went back to get the tint added and got home and it was wrong yet again. (Photo attached of same colour one in eggshell and one in semi gloss-not the same colour) I took it back and asked for the Manager this time since i was getting frustrated with the amount of time spent on their mistake. She explained that semi gloss would be a bit different colour. I never heard of this before. I asked why the original employee didn't tell me but she didn't respond. I know people make mistakes, but take ownership and make the customer happy. Offer me a discount on the next visit since I spent needless time and money on their mistake. Needless to say I will not be visiting Lindsay Dulux and will make the drive to Peterborough where the employees are.much more knowledgable.
