B	Bob Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of those rare neighborhood pubs. I think some folks actually WALK to this place from their homes!!! Gasp! I was there on March 16. Great, warm, attentive service but that's about the person serving me thinks. Small place inside, cozy but shame about the all the screens. In a place this small the tv's are even more intrusive. They take away from the ambience. They need to put screens are almost always a cheap addition. So I go out for a meal, beverage to watch a screen? Anyway it's a decent little place and has been there for some time. A few other spots for eats are within walking distance and River Valley hikes are not far away. It has a tucked away patio too. Be warned, in the warmer months, Edmonton is dominated by the noise of loud muffler vehicles. They go everywhere spoiling patio pleasures and getaways to parks.
K	K Zed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place. Good staff. Had lunch here. Lamb shank was good but not keen on the cinnamon taste on the mashed potatoes but that is a personal preference. Chicken pot pie was very good but a tad salty. All in all a good place. I recommend

Wednesday lunch special 2 topping 12" pizza for $12, how can you go wrong??? The staff is kind, courteous and fast. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. I look forward to being in the neighborhood again. JJ

Our server Lisa went above and beyond during a busy Friday night and made sure to keep us comfortable and laughing. I would suggest more local beers and ciders on tap. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I had the poutine which was good, the fries could have been a little crispier and they could have used a little less gravy but all in all it was a good poutine. Love that they get their cheese from a local supplier (Cheese Factory). The Caesar was a basic Caesar and very tasty. What I love about this Caesar is the garnish, once again using beer cheese from the Cheese Factory. They have an awesome promo, every day between 11am and 2pm as long as you get a meal your kid eats free. My boy got the cheese pizza and this picky eater actually ate 3 slices, HUGE win. The server (forget her name) is amazing. When we were there she had about 5 tables and ran them like a boss. We never felt like we were waiting for anything.
