Cependant, à l'accueil les personnes sont très souriante et aimable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucune aide apportée, ils ne savent même pas par où commencer et ne vous répondent jamais au téléphone, ... à se demander à quoi ils sont payés!!!! Franchement la pire organisation de francophones, ne perdez pas de temps avec eux !
No help given, they don't even know where to start and never answer the phone, ... wondering what they are paid for !!!! Frankly the worst organization of francophones, don't waste time with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they're more interested in registering clients on their lists (for the government to see that they're doing something) than helping them. You chase after them for promises they made to help you settle in Edmonton. Friendly staff but very bad service.
