The customer service is atrocious, in reference we had a spill of drinks onto the floor and table, i told staff members, no one came. So I asked staff if they could give me a cloth so that I could clean it up. I was told no, and it just sat there for almost an hour, a wet sticky table. In regards to the food, I appreciate there not trying to win awards but the food was below what our group considered reasonably sub par. No one could finish their food ( and some ordered fries!), teamed with the poor customer service, I would not recommend here. Please save yourself time and money and go somewhere else, it was my first and last time going there.
T	Tim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to go if you are someone of college age (18-25). Loud music, lots of people of fairly great diversity. May have gone on an off night, as I believe one of the bouncers had to make drinks with a few or some of the staff being busy. Kudos to him though, for giving a fairly inebriated girl vodka** (see: water) and not allowing her to get too wasted. There was also a confusion or something about our bills being messed up. Said bouncer told us it was on the house, but soon after, a server finally got to us and ended up charging for our drinks anyway. Fair enough though. Overall a decent place. Again, my friends and I probably just came on an off night.

She even decorated and reserved our favourite booth on short notice the other day when I called to tell them we were coming to celebrate our anniversary! Thanks Sarah! And thank you to all the staff who are always so genuine, accommodating and give excellent customer service.

The servers and bartenders helped me order because I did not know what exactly I wanted, and everytime they picked the perfect drinks. Went here three times during our visit to Edmonton and we would go back again. Also we could see the servers constantly cleaning tables and keeping up. Even at our table when a drink was spilled, the server was there within three minutes and cleaning it up for us. The bartender also gave us good recommendations as we were there to experience all the bars possible and he told us what times to go to where, which really saved us. Overall, Amazing experience.

Happy hour here is great and with covid, Hudson's less rowdy to hang out in for better or for worse depending on who you are. Their wings are still great and who can say no to $4 pints.

No wait for a table even thou wing Wednesday , hockey game on and Basketball. Bonus tv placement is great in majority of places and crisp and clear. Food and drinks were timely. Staff was friendly and nothing on order was messed up or forgotten .
