★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sectional Sofa I bought was delivered in damaged condition. After sending many emails with pictures and many follow-up calls, nothing was done to fix the issue. I see this as a very bad service and a tactic to avoid customer concerns for months so Customers give up.
I called many times at the store and was always told that person who deals with issues is out of the office and even told my concern to the lady at the reception. Talked to Jonathan many times over the phone and he assured to fix the damaged sofa which never happened. I would never recommend them for their poor customer service.

Our order was done and paid for within 10 minutes. Great knowledge and service. We are happy and excited..Thank you for a great system Dufresne. We are very happy.

Shortly after I had got there Tara came to see why I was there and then let me be to look, Which I appreciated as I don't like when sales people hover. She came back a few times to check in to see how browsing was going and answered the questions I had. She seemed to know her stuff. In the end I did purchase a new set, I got what I wanted and feel I got a good price. Definitely will be shopping there again.
