I am really amazed by the service at this location!

To make matters worse, I can't even call to ask them about a different method since they're currently having "technical difficulties"

We are very grateful for our very pleasant experience with her. It sure does feel comforting to know that there are well trained people in the City’s Offices and that Eslynn is one of the best on your team ! I never received any monies and I moved and no one contacted me until 2021 january and my case closed in 2017 on feb. He wont even let me appeal it and Im a single mother and barley getting by. this is how you treat people?? He hung up the phone on me and was extremely rude. I would like a manager to call me please
