★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, wanted full payment upfront prior to launch of website. Then held our website hostage when payment was withheld. Would never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT the type of company you would want to associate with. Gave them $1000 as a deposit for marketing, Did not do any work and will not return my calls. Funny though, talks a great talk. Again. Keep your money, this company will NOT deiiver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So it has been over 10 weeks since I entered into a contract with Bill Doucette, (Duck Soup Graphics) to do two simple drawings for me. I still have not received anything from them....nothing. Last week I sent an email saying that this was unacceptable and that I would like a refund and Bill has now gone into hiding. He was easy to reach before I gave him money...but not now. It seems that Bill is the type of businessman that will gladly take your $900.00 deposit and is quite happy to give nothing in return for it. So, although he comes off as best friends and a stand up guy during the negotiations...he is not. He has lied, made excuses along the way and told me flat out..."sorry, he does not do refunds". I guess that means if you are going to deal with Bill Doucette...do not expect to see any honor or integrity...it is just not there. Warmest regards Bill...your new ex-best friend...Ken Cameron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily one of Canada's top graphic designers. Communication skills could use some polishing as some of the other reviews have mentioned, but I think that's the price you pay for genius, and the results are worth it. If you're in a rush you may want to look elsewhere, but if you're looking for the best Bill is your guy.
