★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The support staff are helpful, friendly and provide a safe environment. However when my mother moved out after 9 years she was charged $2,500 over and above her $3,000 damage deposit. This charge was for painting and replacing the slightly worn but not damaged rug and lino. That all falls under normal wear and tear. We fought that charge and ended up getting some of the damage deposit back. This is a common practice. When we contacted other families whose loved ones had moved out they were also charged for carpet replacement, even after only being there one year. They also charged $69 just to administer the deposit. Be wary of this and other very sneaky money grabbing tactics of Carrington Lifestyles on the backs of seniors under their care..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been here for 3 weeks now, and feel completely at home. We have found staff members to be interested, and available, and helpful. Residents are inclusive and very friendly. We are glad to see the strong supports available here for us as we develop health needs.
This is the right place for this pair of 85 year-olds.
