★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Sold us two lemon machines that were "floormodels" and we have been paying non stop maintenance since we bought the machines. We called them in MAY to come fix our machines and here we are June 28 and they are still trying to figure out how to come. DSL was supposed to come on Thursday to fix them and then didn't show up and then switched their appointment to Friday and then missed the ferry. They flat out lied and said they made a ferry reservation for their technician to come and now I get a call that he missed the ferry due to long line ups on a long weekend. They obviously failed to make a reservation...
These guys double dip on travel costs and a $100 part always ends up being $1600 in travel because of their inability to plan and assist customers in an economical way. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere for your equipment.
