★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin at Total Fitness did a repair and recondition of my Keiser bikes. He diagnosed the problems, and ordered parts which came very quickly. He was totally professional, and did great work. The bikes are now like new. I would heartily recommend him for any home fitness equipment repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this company if you have a problem with your equipment. I have a 15 years old treadmill made by a company no longer in business hence no spare parts available. Despite that they worked wonders and I now have a functioning treadmill again. Kevin and his colleague were caring, friendly and polite and clearly wished to have a fully satisfied customer.

When I decided that the cost of a repair visit wouldn't be worth it (given the age and cost of my machine), Kevin still followed up with helpful advice. In fact, thanks to his advice, my wife and I were able to repair the machine ourselves! Kevin took the extra time to help us even though there was no profit in it for him. I highly recommend Total Fitness if you are in need of any repairs or service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. I am beyond impressed. I called to get an opinion on my treadmill that stopped working. Advised what I had and possible issues and the advice that was given wasn’t rushed and next to none. This is a stellar honest run business. Kevin explained the brands and the possible repair costs and directed me on what my options were. I know for sure Kevin saved me money on a repair service call and I know I will be using his services going forward to service my equipment.
