Last week my daughter had a bad experience similar to many others. The examiner was very rude and unfair to her. My daughter didn't feel comfortable with the way she treated her and it seemed that she had made her mind to fail my daughter from the begining. We are not from Carlton Place and therefore we are not familiar with the streets. Prior to my daughter's exam we noticed that some streets near the driving centre don't have clear speed limit signs. My daughter was failed for driving 30 km/h in a 40 km/h zone just because there was no speed limit sign on the street that she could see!

had a new worker putting in my information. we waited like an hour to do the actual g1 test. They don't do photos for your drivers license and she didn't put the information in correctly. Due to the new worker not putting in the information correctly my drivers license was canceled and now I have to go again to get a new one. Please do not go here, it is terrible, the workers are extremely rude and the going there was a huge waste of time. Worst drive test center, that new worker should not have been working and she should be reported.

Took my daughter there this afternoon for her G1 test. As you are unable to book an appointment for G1 tests (which is absolutely ridiculous) we showed up at 1:25pm for a.wall in. We were told shortly after that we would likely be the last to be seen for the day. We were 3rd in line and they close at 3pm. After standing outside in the cold for well over an hour, were told they won't have time for us today. Out an afternoon of work and wasted time standing in the cold for no reason.

I did my G2 test today. Good experience, I have to say as a new comer with limited English they helped me to understand with explanations. No worries, if you don't understand, just ask! Do not make decisions with rush and nervousness. Try to ask if you don't get their orders. They don't wanna fail you unless there is a safety issue with your driving. Park with enough distance to the front. Use your shoulders to watch the traffic around you! Not forget to use your turning light as much as you can! Minimum 3 times light blinking is needed. I did the parallel parking with adjustments and they accepted that. Just remember to use your 360 degree inspection and drive with confidence and safe! Do not drive slow! Especially after the intersections to the main roads. Never look at examine's scores paper! Just focus on speed limits and stop signs! Good luck. Try to search YouTube for some good lessons. I have learned alot from YouTubers.

Avoid examiner #421 at all times. I usually don’t post reviews, but this one was needed. He literally plans to fail you. I don’t know how many lives he’s ruined and how much time he has wasted but avoid him. He was racist towards someone else at the test center, but also is really rude and his lack of excitement for his job is worrying. As someone who is Canadian and has had ancestors who have been living here for more than a century, it saddens me that our country still has racism in the 21st century. He also targets people because of the way they look. I did everything right in the driving test and he still failed me for no reason. The staff at the front were really nice and wanted me to succeed. Unluckily I got examiner #421 and he ruined my day. They should really do something about him immediately before he ruins other peoples days.

I read other reviews but took them lightly. Although my child passed from examiner #421, avoid him. My child was emotionally and mentally confused because they said the examiner was rude and had no interest in his job. My child gave the road test a few weeks ago. It sounds silly that a parents who's kid passed is still leaving a 1 star, but it’s the truth. When I gave my road test my examiner was nice and gentle so I didn’t believe my child. But once they started crying I knew something was wrong with examiner #421. I wonder how many other people he’s negatively impacted. Hope people learn from this.

I had the absolute worst experience at my driving test. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION! Examiner 222 has bad attitude, she is rude and she made me nervous and stressed during the whole test. Maybe she had a bad day but her behaviour ruined my experience. She also didn’t give me helpful tips after the exam. I wouldn’t even give her a single star. But the supervisor and the front lady were nice and helpful, so thank you to them.

My experience was very good. All the reviews posted on here made me very skeptical about doing my road test but everything went very well. The staff were very nice and my examiner was very thorough with instructions and very kind. The only “hard” thing I had to demonstrate was parallel parking other than that it was easy, so anyone doing their road test at this location don’t worry just practice, don’t speed and don’t be stupid on the road.
