It was raining and I couldn’t see out of my windshield from all the fog buildup. I went to see Mike and Lee. They said it was my cabin air filter, and after a quick change, I was on the road with a clear windshield. They were fast, and I received great service. Thanks guys.

I was accused of being a drunk driver from a young man that goes by the name Curtis. I only went to check a tire pressure light. This guy stated that to an older gentleman I must have hit something while driving drunk. Curtis didn’t know that I heard his whole conversation. I don’t drink, I am a college student who has been working in a professional environment for 7 years. Curtis’ demeanor and lack of respect is unprofessional and unacceptable. I do not tolerate disrespect, and will be following up on my complaint to a higher echelon. And to the older gentleman (Pete), allowing Curtis to show disrespect to a customer in your presence is unacceptable as well.

All appointments are fake. They never actually service your car. After 3 months of runaround and excuses im taking my purchased car with check engine light to a dealership that knows what they are doing. Mechanic here is absolutely useless and it seems I'm not the only one.

I was greeted by friendly staff and offered a free oil change. Being a woman at most garages they try to scam more money off you from past experiences. This place they gave me the truth and reasonable prices and explained what was wrong with my vehicle and told me what was most important to fix first. If they didn't have space to book me in they made great effort to squeeze me in to fix my vehicle. I have recommended this place to my family and friends. They have good mechanics and kept staff on from the previous owner such as Harley who is a great mechanic. This is why I hmgave them 5 stars.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Driven Cars Service Centre. I’ve been there 4 TIMES (Over 2 months) with booked appointments and my car STILL didn’t get in to be fixed. Always something with those guys. June 4th: Mechanic checks on car. Sees the problem & tells receptionist to order part. I’m told the part will be ordered and I’ll get a call when it’s in. July 4th: I call for an update (1 month later) as I haven’t heard anything from them, only to be told “Sorry, there’s nothing here that’s been ordered for your car. We must’ve fired the guy who looked at your car. Let me rebook you for July 17th and I will personally look at your car right at 8am”. July 17th: I show up and ask for the man who told me he would look at my car first thing. The receptionist said “Sorry, he’s not here right now but he should be here soon.” I waited until 8:50 because I had class at 9am so I ended up leaving and rebooking AGAIN. - It only took the first mechanic 10 minutes in my car to figure out the issue. July 23rd: This has has been my 3rd appointment to get my car looked at. After leaving it there all day, I got a call saying they figured out the issue and the part would be ordered. When I got there to get my vehicle, I saw the FIRST mechanic I saw over a month ago in the shop ? So he was in fact not fired. I just said whatever. My car will be fixed after my next appointment. August 6th (Today): I was booked to get my car FINALLY fixed! I dropped my car off early (8:30am) so they have plenty of time to fix it. At 1:45pm I get a call saying there was a double booking so my vehicle didn’t get in AGAIN ?. They wanted to re-book me AGAIN for Aug. 25th (3 weeks away). Definitely feel like I’m being taken advantage of and not taken seriously by being a young woman. Extremely frustrated!!!! Waste of time and gas for myself and friends who given me rides! Update: after calling back and getting angry, they moved me a week ahead!

It seems once the dealership gets your money....you're out of luck. Purchasing the vehicle was easy with great service and I loved the vehicle. A few problems have popped up in the last year and it's been nothing buy headaches! I was however given a call about possibly updating my car at which point I received numerous calls and contacts. However, since stating I prefer to have my present car diagnosed for ongoing problems... they have since ignored me.....nothing. They must have my number on display, because I can't even get an answer anymore. The only thing I can think of is the shop is closed, but it says open on the website. Who knows.
