I ended up having an hour appointment for something that was supposed to be 20 mins because the orthodontist hygienist was training and no one thought to tell me or apologize for wasting my time. When I first got my braces I asked if the space in-between my teeth would be closed by a certain time and the Orthodontist told me it would....he lied or didn't care to follow up. It would've been totally fine if my gap wasn't going to close by the time I wanted it but I guess he thought I would go to another Orthodontist because of that? Anyway overall, wouldn't recommend.

I was looking for a second opinion for braces for my son and they showed me the options in a very efficient and professional manner. I was impressed with their use of the latest technology. Their whole team was was very friendly and pleasant to work with. They have a good scheduling and reminder systems in place too! I feel confidient that this will be a great choice for my son when we proceed in a few months.
