★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After years of bouncing and incertitudes, we finally decided not to wait longer and assess privately our child for ASD. It costs, but also worths every penny. Dr. Chan had so much patience to listen to all my concerns and profesionally dig up our history to understand where my daughter's struggles comes from, in order to come up to a correct diagnosis. The appointments for the assessment were immediate and I was correctly guided to get my child's diagniosis in a timely manner, and was clearly explanined the steps I should take further. My daughter is amazed to have found a new "grown up friend" and I finally understood that I can be a "super mom" - I guess this explains everything about our experience with Dr. Chan. Strongly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr chan is an amazing Dr. The amount of time and energy he spent on our daughters assessment was beyond what we could have imagined. His ability to share information in terms that was easily understood to both us and our daughter was great. He listened to our questions and concerns and did not rush through at any point of the assessment. I would highly recommend Dr Chan and am grateful we were able to find him to do our daughters asd assessment in such a timely matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed our experience with Dr. Chan. He’s an expert in his field and he was honest and transparent about our son’s situation. After a 3 hour pre assessment he had with us, which was incredibly generous of his time, he offered to give us our money back for the ASD assessment that we had upcoming, indicating an assessment for my sons situation was not necessarily the best time timing for him. His interest was in doing the right thing for my child than having us go through an assessment that may be better on hold. I find Dr Chan has a practical and conservative approach to his medicine and we really clicked with his style. His clinician Rose was also an absolute pleasure to deal with as well as responsive. If you’re in search of ASD Assessment, I’d highly recommend him. He’s also an expert in the ADD field. The only thing to note, is he did not offer psych Ed assessments if you’re in need of both simultaneously (at the time of our appt).

Navigating a possible diagnosis of autism is incredibly daunting, especially with extended wait times in the public health care system, but we felt relieved and reassured to be under Dr. Chan's guidance and care. Most importantly, he was gentle, kind, and knew exactly how to talk to our daughter and make her feel comfortable during the assessment. Dr. Chan has an impressive background and resume and his expertise is so valuable. I would strongly recommend his service to any other families.
