I went to Heather and even though we had a good conversation she did not specialize in what I was looking for. She was very understanding and agreed that I needed to see someone else. The next day I received an unexpected email from her that was amazing. She emailed me a lot of resources for what I wanted help with and she included a list of counsellors that specialized in what I wanted. I’ve never seen a counsellor before so the whole process was so overwhelming. The email was a nice surprise and so helpful because I did find a counsellor from her list that matched what I was hoping to find. I just thought it was great that even though I wasn’t going to be her client she was still so helpful and supportive. I have definitely recommended her to my friends.
