★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient at this clinic since I could remember. I am nearly 21 and have had one healthy baby boy. I have come to this clinic for everything I need. The thing is, every time I call and ask about something important I feel as if I am not taken seriously and treated like a child. It is upsetting. I am or Fanny with twins and a few times I’ve had to call and ask for a few things that had taken a few days. When I’m sure it could have been done in a few hours.. everytime I call I am iether hung up on or just given attitude as to “what I am calling for” it frustrates me as I love dr.Vant as. Doctor but never seem to be taken seriously by reception.
