We were there today on time but they refused to see my wife because maybe Dr had taken someone else instead of us. Bad behavior in front desk rude people there I don't recommend this place for anyone who get referrals from family doctors

We had to wait around 30 min to get service when we first came, but it is definitely getting better. I like all the doctors and nurses here. They are friendly and regardful. Explaining every detail and answering all your questions. I am glad I found this clinic for my baby daughter. We are truly happy how they take care of her. If you spend a lot of time with your baby, and have lots of questions, you won't leave without getting them answered.

For the first couple of visits we got service a bit late it was crammed in the 89 building but then they moved during the summer and it was faster to get a room yet it still took longer to get serviced. Not to mention that we have not seen our initial pediatrician, Dr. Moodie, since this move either we got placed with another doctor who is now on maternity leave. The last time we were there they had another replacement for the mat leave replacement doc, and the replacement doc failed to introduce herself with an annoying med student who had no social skills whatsoever he kept asking what I'm doing as I'm trying to calm my baby while he has NO idea how to examine my toddler. This replacement doctor was rude and loud I kept moving back and some point said her voice is too loud and started to whisper hoping she would but laughed about speaking loudly (?) Anyway, she kept referring to my "culture" as the reason why I co sleep. Not once, or twice she kept repeating it as if I missed her the first 10x nor did I say it's my upbringing let alone culture. She asked how the sleeping was I said I co sleep that's that. They leave the room and totally forget we're in there to proceed with my daughter's 18 month vaccination. We waited over an hour! My daughter napped and woke up to getting a needle. Top it off I went an HOUR EARLY at 12:30, the appointment was at 1:45 and we were the only family there in the waiting room! We left after 3:00pm. This place did have some nice staff but I don't understand why we haven't seen Dr. Moodie since 2018 why she has a replacement if she's in office, also why they replaced the replacement doc with a med student and random doc who have no skills to introduce who they are and what they're about to do with my child let alone FORGET us for an hour. I recommended this place to a friend as she was copying where I was making my choices before birth I am not sure if she's still attending but I need to look into discontinuing asap before my daughter turns 2. I really liked Dr. Moodie it's a shame she's not in or as active in the practice for us. Would definitely pass on this one.

I’ve had Dr Moodie as my kiddos pediatrician for 6 months now. She’s been very understanding and answers all my questions, she takes her time and I never feel rushed. I’m very comfortable with having her as my pediatrician. The staff is good, during covid they have been more strict towards implementing their policies (which i have no problem with). The waiting room is very spacious and usually has about 2-3 patients waiting at a time. So it doesn’t feel cramped. Would definitely recommend this pediatrician.

Rosemary wants to take your kids from you if you disagree with her politically. She is a dangerous individual who wont hesitate to make up lies in her reports to child services.

I had a terrible experience today, I took my son to his routine 2 year appointment, the doctor didn’t check my son’s ears or eyes or reflex like they usually do on any regular appointment. He left and then the nurse came in, told me I could go when the doctor had said he will do a developmental assessment, I filled out the developmental forms, waited for 20 minutes and nobody came back to say anything if I could go or what? I was already angry because of the terrible attention so I left, to top it all off On my way out I asked the receptionist for my son’s weight and height records. She gave me another patient’s records, she laughed and said that I look like that other patient’s mom. Very unacceptable, I’m not coming back, I’m looking for another paediatrician
