★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. My appointnent today at 3:30 but until 5:00 Dr. Lau entered to the room asking for a referal that they had not required before. He did not checked my son, he did not care about him and he left the room for assisting another person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lau is a very caring, patient and kind doctor. He goes above and beyond to explain and answer all my questions and concerns. The office staff is also very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Lau and his practice to anyone that is looking for quality health care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for the past 3 and half years for my son, since his birth, Dr. Lau is his pediatrician, I love that he always says "these are my options" and never tells me this is what I have to do.
Dr. Lau always listens and is very thorough. Whenever he is not available Dr. Jacob is always ready to assist with Dr. Lau patients. I also find Dr. Jacob to be just as amazing and thorough. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.
I rarely ever have a long wait time, however sometimes things happen, sometimes there is a wait, but with a children's doctor I expect that especially since things happen, I am okay with a kid with an emergency being seen ahead of me when I am in for something simple.
I like that the office is in a plaza with lots of parking and it's free, and there is lots of places in the plaza to take my son for a treat after his apt. I definitely and highly recommend both doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lau is an exceptional doctor. He has a lot of experience! He takes his time to examine my daughter! He doesn’t rush and he answers all my doubts whenever I come in with my daughter! Best pediatrician. Dr. Jacob is good as well. Clean office and great staff.
