As soon as you walk in, it isvery clean, and lots of clear signage due to the Covid virus. You are also greeted by two wonderful friendly employees behind the desk and who immediately direct you and ensure that you do the safety protocol measures that they have in place like wearing masks, hand sanitizing etc.... The physiotherapy which consists of two days...laser therapy and exercise ...is done in a very clean and well organized gym. The physiotherapists are not only very patient and kind especially with elderly patients, but also provide clear step by step assistance with all the exercises. Immediately upon the patient exiting, cleaning and sanitizing is done to the workout areas. Truly this clinic sets a very high standard while ensuring the safety protocols due to Convid are enforced and at the same time, providing physiotherapy care that is desperately needed. A very sincere thank you to all employees, physiotherapists and to Manager Vince who sets the safe and excellent measures and standards for this clinic!!

Nevertheless, the staff in the back that actually work with the clients are very friendly, polite and welcoming. They made the experience very comfortable and help with anything you need.

I continue to follow these exercises to this day to keep my back strong. When I needed physio again for a fractured humerus I had no hesitation in returning to the clinic
