The staff is great, very helpful, always ready to help and on time with anything I need from them (i.e. receipts, insurance, pricing or info). Dr. Marcelo is always so pleasant - she is careful, she always either checks in to make sure you're ok or will let you know what she's about to do next. She on time with her appointments and the office is kept clean at all times. I highly recommend Dr. Ana Marcelo and the entire staff.

Dr Marcelo including all the staffs display good ethics and accommodating. All dental facilities look all brand new. Dr. Marcelo is very thorough, knowledgeable and skilled; but she never fails to show warmth and genuine concern for all her patients. We have also had the privilege of meeting equally topnotch specialists (oral surgeon, endodontist, etc) through her referrals for additional care. Highly recommended!

After moving into the Etobicoke area, I was delighted to find Dr. Maria Ana Marcelo's practice. It is a beautiful, bright, spotless; state of the art dental practice. The support staff is lovely, professional and friendly. In particular, Gloria, the hygenist is incredible. I have a very sensitive mouth and she patiently applies numbing gel; will stop if I am in pain; explains to me what she is doing at all times; and then encourages me to do extra cleaning techniques in areas I may be missing. What can I say; "I love a beautiful smile; I feel safe in this dental office; and, I love these people". Thank you. xoxo

The staff is very very friendly! Anything they can do to help out, they do! Only 5 stars are showing on this review, but honestly they deserve 1,000 stars for their services!

I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, especially if I was required to have a procedure done. She has always been very gentle and patient with me. She is lovely! The staff are wonderful here as well!

I went to Dr. Yuan thinking I needed a new crown, but she re-cemented it successfully instead! She also did a detailed full inspection of all my teeth. I got great tips for caring for my teeth from the hygienist too. My husband is afraid of dentistry but he also feels comfortable at this clinic!
