We had the delicious Turkish breakfast and tea. It was a lovely feast for the eyes. Although it was a bit chilly, we ate outside where they have two small tables. Service is friendly.

Worth more than just 5 stars! I don't know where to start with Galata. It is a very humble and unassuming spot with the most delicious Turkish breakfast I have had in all of GTA. We had gozleme, spinach/feta and sujuk/feta. Both were delicious and very nicey sized for the small version. It comes in 2 sizes for the serving. Small is good for a lighter breakfast with room for baklava! Also tried pistachio baklava. Delicious, lightly sweet and generous portion sizes. The sahlep, if anyone wants to try this orchid based drink, is so warmly delicious! It's creamy and smooth with just a touch of sweetness to make a great accompaniment for savoury breakfast. The drinks were all delicious. Sahlep, Turkish tea and cappuccino! I will be coming back far sooner than I planned as the breakfast is a feel good, light on the stomach delight. Staff are friendly and courteous. Very pleased with my visit and can't wait to bring more people with me!

Nice spot for a Turkish breakfast spot. Staff was friendly. We were given a Turkish delight after our meal. We tried the Turkish breakfast ($14), the spinach and cheese gozleme and the katmer. I also had sahlep. Sahlep was overly sweet and I needed extra milk to cut it down. I found the Turkish breakfast to be expensive for what you get. Some cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, jams and a basket of bread - for $14? Gozleme was good. I liked the spinach they use in it. I really liked the katmer but wouldn't like to have icing sugar sprinkled on it. The kaymak that came with the katmer was also very good. Cute spot, with easy parking (luckily, not street parking) & this place is in the same plaza as Anatolia Turkish Restaurant. I'd come back but I wouldn't get the Turkish breakfast. Also some of the bread in the basket didn't taste too fresh.

Lovely place. Peaceful, nice decor, fun music, staff is very kind, and food was great. We got the salep, eggplant gozleme, a large cappuccino, and the first Turkish delight that I actually enjoyed (pomegranate and pistachio).

We reached around 11am and we decided to wait a bit because the seats were full. A small cute peaceful place and gives you the Turkey vibes for sure. Our order was served in reasonable time as I think it's a family owned restaurant so consideration is required. The staff is quite nice. We ordered Menemen, Mediterranean sandwich, Rice pudding and of course the Turkish tea. The first bite and you can say the flavors are authentic and delicious!! We really enjoyed our delicious meal there and probably will revisit soon.
