★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administrative staff was ignorant and unprofessional lazy and preoccupied while calling to make an appointment. When asking about Dr. Ruso, she told me that " Dont worry, he wont hurt your kid". Well gee....I should hope not !
When asking how long Dr Ruso was practicing, she told me that it was private and confidential information. Unbelievable! I guess someone should tell her about the Dentist License he has framed on the wall of his office required by law. Furthermore, I had to remind her that it is public information with the Dental Association and is readily available.
So., unfortunately when you speak to a dim-whit like this on the phone, no mater how great the reviews are online with this Dentist, you wont find me bringing my children to an office like this. Just before hanging up I encouraged her to have a conversation with her management and become a little more educated.
Do NOT recommend going to this clinic.

I figure I’m about half way through what has been decided for my case with Dr. Ruso and his great staff. Dental on Dundas have restored my confidence and a stellar, bright new smile. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Dr. Ruso and his staff Kineesha, Val, Rachel, Anna, Cherise. All amazing ladies. I have established a rapport with the Doctor and his staff. I’m extremely comfortable with his opinions and his excellent work. Very glad I chose Dental on Dundas and his stellar staff to have my dental needs met and exceeded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never recommend Doctor Guido to anyone. DO NOT do Root Canals here. Unfortunately he was my dentist for a long time, long enough to learn his root canals caused me to loose my molars. There was ongoing trouble with his procedure and he never referred me to a specialist, an endodontist to fix anything. If your reading this, save yourself thousands of dollars and find a better clinic. I second reviews here about root canals and reception. Reception always has an attitude, on the phone and in the office. Dr. Guido will cover up all his dental weaknesses with charm and charisma, do not fall for this and find yourself an honest qualified dentist.
