β β β β β We saw one other orthodontist who suggested full braces, when in fact all my son needed was back braces for an open bite. I appreciate how ethical Dr. Bartlett is, my son thinks he is amazing as well as his staff. He is one of a kind!

β β β β β I went to dr Bartlett in 2014 to fix a slight underbite he charged me $6000 for a full set of braces that were supposed to be on for 14-18 months..... Through the process I noticed my teeth getting more crooked throughout the process and kept getting worried, but trusted he knew what he was doing. Almost 2 years later I was sitting there with braces on crooked teeth, Bartlett had got paid fully and I made it clear I wasn't happy with the results.... He became very angry and volatile with me, claimed he could not fix it.
It cost me $2500 and 4 months to have my teeth fixed elsewhere.
My teeth could have looked nicer when completed if it were not for the work Bartlett did on them, there has been some damage to the appearance because of it...... I had posted a review before like many others with this experience and Bartlett has clearly made a new profile for himself to hide the multiple bad reviews..... also over a half a year now I have been attempting to get my receipts for payment they refuse to send me emails or return my calls and refused me my records....
update* i have now received my receipts but no records after a long process to get them.

β β β β β The staff are wonderful and accomodating for my older daughter who is a patient at his office. They are able to arrange all appointments with ease despite my insane work schedule, inflexible parenting schedule (only parent involved in all visits) that are least disruptive to her classes.
In fact, the office this morning was nice enough to shift an appointment two hours ahead of her original schedule because my daughter was assigned wreath bearer for her school's Remembrance Day ceremony and completely forgot about the scheduling conflict until the night before and didn't notify me at a timely manner. Now that's above and beyond service!

β β β β β My daughter has just completed her orthodontic treatment with Dr. Bartlett and we are overjoyed with the results. We have never had a problem booking appointments, staff are friendly, his fees are fair and he goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Worth the drive to Royal Oak from the city and I would definitely recommend Dr. Bartlett !

β β β β β Our child has been seeing Dr. Bartlett for some dental work and have had nothing but good, friendly service. The staff is very good towards children. Explains things well and takes time to speak with you.

β β β β β Amazing, kind Doctor. Both my kids needed Ortho work and he was wonderful.
After another clinic wanted to unnecessarily put full braces on our 8 yr old for a tooth that couldn't come down, Dr. Bartlett quickly assesses what was actually needed which was a very small procedure and was very professional, ethical and is great with kids.
His prices are fair, his quality of care is excellent. Highly recommended!!

β β β β β The best orthodontist ever in Victoria area! Two of my kids all had their braces at DR. KIRK office ! Very professional staff and dentist ? at this location ! Walking distance to subway and Fireside Grill Restaurant ! Great location!

β β β β β I got braces back in 2015, and when it was my time for my braces to come off I noticed some spaces in my upper teeth and told Bartlett but he was in a hurry I guess to take off my braces. Although I got my time extended because my teeth werenβt fully straight and he knew that! I was told to wear elastics which shifted my teeth around and created some spaces. After I got my braces off I told him about a space in my upper tooth and he told me it was the shape of my tooth? And told me it could be shaved more when my dentist told me it was definitely a space? To be honest my upper teeth look worse than before with the spaces and also which are creating lots of issues now. So now I have to get my upper teeth fixed because Iβm not satisfied with my spaces! Wonβt be going back ever! Absolute waste of money and lack of care with patients I feel like itβs more for the financial gain for Bartlett. Donβt recommend Bartlett at all for anyone! Itβs not worth the money and getting a crooked smile in return.
