★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "if you don't fall asleep we'll just give you more medication to help you sleep." Not something you should be saying to someone with anxiety towards a dental situation. That doesn't build trust or comfort a person.
Staff is poorly trained to deal with anxiety fake smiles flood the reception desk. The dentist gave me bad, creepy, money hungry vibes. The idea of doping someone more when they're afraid so he can in his words "get the work done" wasn't a kind interaction and caused me to leave with out the work and more afraid of dentist than I was before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best office staff, hygienists and dentists; every patient is treated with kindness and understanding. You are made to feel like a member of their family. They are highly professional and knowledgeable and up to date with all the modern techniques. I would recommend them to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because my dentist doesn't do implants, I was referred to a specialist, waited a month for the appointment but then was told I would have to wait nearly 10 months for the All-on-4 implant surgery. So I went to another specialist, who wanted to do extra work that as it turned out, I didn't need, and that would be another 6-month wait. A few years ago a co-worker had mentioned Dr. Crapo and how amazing he and his team are, so I decided to call. I was able to book an appointment for the next week, and then have the implants done 2 weeks later. Dr. Crapo and his team really are amazing - they are compassionate, thorough, understanding, and I really couldn't be happier! Definitely 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Crapo has been my dentist for 25 years. And yes it's easy to dislike dentist in general, but it's impossible not to like this man and his staff. They've performed some very complicated dental work for me and my family.
