โ โ โ โ โ - Chris is patient and generous with his time. It tooks us about a year until we found the right place for us. We visited several homes in different areas around the island. Chris was with us throughout the journey, giving us the pros and cons of each place as if he were the one buying it.
- He knows his stuff. From strata bylaws to window technology to architectural trivia for 80's townhouses, he goes through the nitty gritty to ensure you're buying the right home that's a good investment.
- Once we landed a deal, he facilitated the whole process, from lawyer to inspection to insurance etc. Everyone we interacted with was thorough and conscientious.
