★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutley uninformed doctor who has obviously not kept up to date on novel effective uses for standard prescription medications. Reception staff was also unwilling to help educate the doctor on the matter.
Wasted my valuable time booking an appointment for nothing, when her more educated peers have no issue fulfilling this prescription.
Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and rude from the start. I booked an online phone call appointment to review an MRI I had at the hospital the day prior. The second she picked up the phone she was harsh and aggressive, as if she wanted to get me off the phone. I tried to clarify with her several times as to why she wasn't able to request my MRI results to review them with me and she kept on saying, "we don't do that." I then wanted clarity on whether this was her practices policy or a law that no doctor besides the prescribing doctor can review the results, which she again refused to clarify and instead kept on getting more aggravated and irritated. She eventually hung up on me, refusing to give me clarity on whether or not I could have another doctor request my MRI results or if I HAD to go to the doctor that prescribed it. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. She had the mannerisms of a 5 year old child, not a professional doctor. I am still in shock at how poorly she treated me, when all I wanted was clarity on where I could go to get my MRI results because she was refusing to request them. If you're thinking about using her, DON'T.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctor! I went to her as a kid growing up.
However my recent experience with the receptionist was terrible.
I booked to get an approval for a blood test and she started playing doctor and said I shouldn't have booked an appointment and wait till I'm 40 for a blood test. I managed to get through for an appointment and Dr. Muncy said its good I came in for an appointment before I get older. Which makes me wonder why the receptionist has say over that. I just go to walk in clinics now because of that scenario.
