They're both rude and arrogant (I call them Cinderella's stepsisters), I really don't understand why a kind doctor like Dr. Currea would hire staff like those two women, it's really affecting her rating when she's super kind and caring! Not wise if you ask me.
V	Vivian Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor might be good as I've read many positive reviews about her (I am not one of her patients), but my low rating is due to the shocking behavior of the receptionist at her medical clinic. (I rate the entire patient-interaction experience, from receptionist to doctor.) I called in a few weeks ago inquiring whether Dr. Curea currently accepts new patients, and the receptionist was unbelievably rude. As Dr. Curea was not accepting new patients, I asked to be redirected to another GP who was. The receptionist quickly blurted out their phone number -- ignoring my request to pause so that I could fetch a pen and paper -- and then hung up the phone on me. This was completely unprofessional behavior, and it gives a bad impression of Dr. Curea's office, regardless of how great the doctor herself is.

Our neighbor suggested to take him to their family doctor, she will be able to tell if he needs stiches, and maybe she'll even fix him up. It was late on a Friday, she was already wrapping up, but she didn't turn us away - although the ER was just a couple of blocks down. She cleaned the wound, bandaged it, and directed us to an orthopedic surgeon, as the wound was deeper than we previously thought. She was kind, and soothing, and thanks to her "letter of recommendation" our visit to the ER was fast and efficient.

She is connected with the North York General Hospital and can make very good recommendations for specialists. I feel she cares about me as a patient, is a good listener and respects my position on certain issues, such as supplements. Always very positive and upbeat in her demeanor. I was very lucky to be referred to this young doctor soon after she joined her current clinic. Great personality, realistic, open-minded, informed about 'non-medical' treatments. She is reliable and her staff are very busy, however, if you treat them nicely, they will treat you the same!

She has helped me recover from several conditions and was always very thorough in her investigations and specialist referrals. She is connected with the North York General hospital where she also practices as an OB/GYN and referrals to hospital affiliated specialists have worked well for our family in the past.
