The receptionists are kind. Very good clinic, we should praise them in the public media...................

His practitioner gave my husband a blood test requisition over three weeks ago. Done and completed on July 8.Followed up with the receptionist for an appointment. The only answer was we did not get it. We followed up with voice mail and email. The only answer was will investigated. Two weeks passed by. No answer. We left message and receta call today. We did not get it, will follow up. Don't even give us the opportunity speak to the practitioner. We my husband trust Dr Liao s service, thats why he transfers to this clinic to follow him. Is this the service we should receive from the clinic. I don't even know if the practitioner is aware of this. They are rhe gatekeeper and don't even care about the patients. Very disappoit

Communicating with the doctors and staff at this clinic is always a pleasant experience. They are very compassionate and kind and the service exceeds my expectations. The innovative use of online platforms also makes booking appointments, cancelling, and inquiring about any issues very convenient.

First of all when you book time for a call they can call you within 3 hours window (what's the point of booking time). If you weren't able to reply-too bad, your problem. If you bother to fight with them somehow they call you back right on time. To get a referral for massage/physio you have to pay (just for a piece of paper ?). Everything is very slow, portal works every other time. Wouldn't recommend it.

I have been there a couple of times now and I must say the clinic is very efficient and follows IPAC (infection prevention and control) procedures. They are great with follow up and the nurse there (i'm sorry i can't remember her name) is extremely friendly and I really enjoyed meeting her as well. Thank you to Dr Victor Liao and Team!

The level of care and attention to detail that I experience with Dr. Liao is unmatched and I am very happy to have met her and be placed as one of her patients. She is always willing to answer my questions, extremely reassuring and is very thorough. Definitely an extremely reliable and excellent family doctor.
