C	Candida Sarah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lavorato is really nice and asks lots of questions, in a good way, the other staff are also very nice. Receptionists could be a bit more friendly. My first visit the doctor came quickly, second visit she took some time. But still great experience.

Every time I go (5 times), there's a wait in the waiting area, then you have to wait for her in a patient's room which could be 20 mins or more before you see her. During COVID-19, we called her and left her a question on her voicemail. We called our family doctor at the same time and was told to take our baby to the ER. Dr. Lavorato did not return our call for either our question nor about the test results from the hospital. It has been 2 weeks and no call. I will be looking for another pediatrician.

She takes the time to listen to my concers and gives very useful advices from her own experience with her kids and her patients. Being a first time mom that doesn't know alot about babies, Dr, Lavarato guided me thru the different stages of a growing baby. She explaind to me what i should expect and what i should/shouldn't do. I am very happy n satisfied that i chose Dr, Lavarato n would highly recommend her.

I call no answer and I left a voicemail last week and this week no one call back. Dr Lavorato is great person and excellentDoctor but she need a good clinic manager.
R	Rabiah Bana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best doctor for my kids I have got . I get all my questions answered and get the appointments adjusted accordingly if my kids need urgent attention . Even during covid I get all my phone calls answer . I would keep seeing Dr lavarato until my kids turn adult.

She remembers the kids and interacts with them to show they are being heard. We have had to see other doctors when she wasn’t available and it was not the same. Would recommend her to new parents!
