★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting place!! No ac, units are to hot! They leave u without hot water for a weekend and make u stay off work then don’t even show up to fix things!! They also broke into my unit without permission and have paper proof from head office total frauds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is like a Paradise. I fill like im in vacation. Everything is so nice and the peoples working here so friendly very clean place no cucaratsas no ratas like other places. And every sunday they serving cucumber salad. Also the rental rates are the cheapest in canada. Worth to try . you will be very happy. Trust me..Doverglen Estates a dream come true......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place should be Condemned. Plumbing is inadequate, Security does not meet needs of tenants, Parking facilities are poorly lit & The neighbourhood is like a DE-militarized zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run down building, very questionable people living there, police are there more often than not. There are a couple tenants that literally harass the others. Homeless guy that sleeps in the laundry room. Have had to contact the regional manager in order to have things fixed because contacting the building manager did not work. The heat is always on and the apartments are very hot at all times, told that the building is just old and to get a good fan. Very unhappy here. I plan on leaving as soon as my lease is up and would not recommend this building to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loud Banging, Yelling and screaming late at night, Hallways smell like weed and mold, found two mouse in are unit within the span of a year, asked landlord to fox dishwasher as we where away for holidays and maintenance said they could not enter unit because of dog weve been gone for a week! And now the landlord wont respond or answer my text regarding our problems! Very unprofessional very low standards of living poor communication
