★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food at Dookbaeki was very good. I really enjoyed my bulgogi it was really flavorful and the broth was rich, it was also served with kimchi, radish and a bean sprout salad. The steamed dumplings were also good, however not as juicy as I would have hoped for, however the quantity was large for the price.
The staff were also very friendly always with a smile on their face and came to check on me frequently. I liked the little button at the table that called over a server if you needed help with anything, it's a cool little touch and I wish more restaurants had this.
Overall I would recommended this restaurant to anybody wanting to try something different other then the usual on bourbon street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their food is soooo good. The kimchi jjigae is a must try... and i love the fried chicken!! *you can choose the sauce to be mixed or put on the side. And theyre very generous with the side dishes. After your meal youll get a free "yakult" and wet wipes. Service is excellent as well. Will definitely be back to try their other dish too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awesome food! Their soup dishes are absolutely phenomenal. The quality at this location is at par, if not better, than their south side location. Definitely something to check out if you’re a fan of Korean food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice and the food and service is incredible. The food is well seasoned and the flavour is amazing. The prices are reasonable.
I like how spicy the food is. It’s really delicious!
I recommend coming here with a friend or with family because then you can share the experience together!
A must stop if you are in WEM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Korean dishes to have in a mall. Went for lunch after spending a few hours roaming and landed here.
Everything we ordered was amazing! Kimchi stew was my favorite and the pork belly, delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably our most visited Korean restaurant. They just opened at WEM. We have been to their Calgary Trail location many times. They have the best spicy pork bone soup (personal opinion), and the kimchi is also delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good Korean food tucked beside the T&T. They have a good selection of Korean soups that come out bubbling hot so you can really choose what you like. Some of these dishes are hard to find at other places. I got their dongani tang and the bone broth was super thick and flavourful. The radish side dish is definitely the highlight of the meal so we got multiple refills! The interior is well decorated, the bathrooms are clean, and the waiters were very nice even on a busy day.
