I love working with Done Deal Plumbing, they are always quick to respond. Super polite and professional, not to mention their speedy repairs! Every time I have an issue Done Deal Plumbing is the call I make.

We dealt with Johnathan directly after having tried another plumbing company and the city to identify the problem with our drain not clearing. He and his team were able to not only identify the issue promptly (a broken pipe) but also provided next steps and recommendations, without being pushy or trying hard to sell their services specifically. They even narrowed down the exact spot under the deck that would need repairing and marked it for us, so that no matter who we went with to fix the pipe, the next workers would know where to start. After hours of stress, his positive attitude and determination to figure out what was going on was so appreciated - the plumber before literally gave up and had no recommendations as to how to proceed. These people know what they are doing and have the right equipment to do the job - the difference in the size and quality of equipment between this and another plumbing company was extreme. In the end, our landlord got a few quotes and ultimately went with Done Deal to do the pipe repair. They encountered an unexpected issue with the repair but had the contacts to get it resolved in no time, so it ended up being a quick job - no easy task in the winter. The problem is fixed and they left us with extra gravel to fill in the space that was dug up even more once everything settles in the spring. Can't thank them enough for getting things up and running again for us!

We noticed a leak in our basement early ion the morning. I contacted Jonathan and he had a technician sent out within a couple of hours. They arrived, assessed and repaired the leak in the drain pipe for me. They were very thorough and professional. Great job and would definitely use them again.

I used these guys on an emergency, after calling 5 other plumbers and getting turned away until the next day or not being able to come for hours Done Deal was able to come right away, their price was very reasonable and beat most of the other 5 companies we called. Very impressed with Done Deal Drain Cleaning and Plumbing. We had a sewage back up in our basement that was quickly fixed. The technician Gord did great work, was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company for plumbing issues.

They were great the first time I called them. Had a guy out in no time to fix our floor drain that had backed up. Reasonably priced.... unfortunately that's about as far as my positive experience went... no sooner than a week later the drain backed up again. So we called them again.. was told if it was something they had missed the first time then there would be no charge. Had a guy out in no time again... no extra charge was discussed at the time of the call or when the technician showed up and when the guy showed up he did his thing. Got it fixed right this time... seeing as it wasn't done right the first time.... then without any discussion we got a $380 bill dropped on us.... for a job that wasn't done right the first time no more than a week prior. It's not as though I could tell my wife and kid not to use the toilet or take a shower or wash dishes for a couple days while it got sorted out. After numerous calls and threats to send the bill to collections because they couldn't reach our landlords I was forced to pay more than double what I paid the first time they came out and didn't do the job properly. I understand it was the weekend but the job should have been done right the first time. they obviously don't guarantee their work so they can rip you off when you need to call them back. It was extremely shady on their part and very unfortunate.. I would have continued to use them for all future plumbing and drain needs but they've just lost a customer and I'll be sure to warn others against their shady service and business practice. Avoid these guys and find someone that guarantees their work.

We were very pleased with Done Deal Drain Cleaning & Plumbing. We have a grinder pump system that is very unique and was having issues do to a bad clog. I have tried other plumbers and most of them did not know how to fix the issue or tried and charged me without even resolving the issues. Thankfully I was able learn about this company and John came out diagnosed the problem and resolved the issues. It was a very big job that required excavations, Hydrovac, etc. They have very good connections so even on a Saturday night John was able to set up a team for the next early morning. They are very upfront about the cost and explains exactly what they will be doing. All the staff is very friendly and personable. This was the best experience I've had with a plumbing company and will be using this company for all my businesses from now on.
