★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friday morning I went downstairs to grab something from the furnace room, noticing a smell and then realizing I had a sewer backup. I called Quicker Rooter and I’m sure Micky heard the panic in my voice and reassured me that she could get me someone same day. She called me back right away and told me Ryan would be there in an hour and he was !!
Ryan was amazing, he realized quickly what needed to get done and got to work. He explained everything while assuring me that it would be ok. He actually had to work even harder because I didn’t have a clean out drain so he had to go through the toilet and it was extra long and hard work. This was outstanding service from beginning to end , thank you SO much Ryan!!

Dustan (service technician) was very pleasant and helpful -, punctual, and knowledgeable.. Mikey ((operations manager) went above and beyond to help me, and was so pleasant to deal with. What an asset to Quicker Rooter both of them are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sink clogged on Christmas Day. Tried fixing it ourselves when that didn’t work called Quicker Rooter on the 27. Joseph showed up within an hour. He fixed the drain and sink which was also leaking a bit. I was surprised at the price I expected to pay way more. Especially since it is technically a holiday today.
Would completely recommend and would call them again if we have any other issues!!

The technician arrived right on time, he patiently explained everything he was doing and answered our many questions. Thank you so much to Vince and Ryan for their friendly customer service and quick appointment availability!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and quick response. We had an issues with our drain being clogged. We called and someone came out very quick to fix the problem and it was on a Sunday. We asked for a camera to see why the drain was clogged so they had to reschedule due to being a Sunday and not having the camera with them. We also asked them to reset the toilets my husband installed to ensure it was in good working condition. We were very happy with the work and service. The only disappointment was we were quoted one price on the initial visit for a toilet reset, since we were undecided with having our second toilet reset and charged more on the day it was done. They did call to check on the service and we are happy with everything, but the price difference. We would of given a 5 Star, but the price originally quoted was not honored and that was disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the unfortunate timing of having my water heater go Friday night of Victoria Day Long weekend. Scrambling to even get someone to come take a look at our issue, the team at Quicker Rooter Plumbing stepped up and sent a technician over at 4:30pm to assess the damage. Joe was very pleasant and very open to giving me realistic options on the spot. Needless to say the price and turn around time to have the tank installed happened in a timely fashion with downtime being minimal for a long weekend. No extra costs. No surprises. Very reasonable rates. Excellent service from beginning to end. Thanks for getting us our hot water back!
