About ClearView Services
Hi, I’m Kyle Lumsden. In 1996, when my partner and I started ClearView, we just had one truck and our office was in the basement.
We knew that every customer mattered, so we decided to treat customers the way we would want to be treated.
The seed for this idea of customer service was planted in me at age 12 when I read How to Win Friends and Influence People. I loved that book!
Then, when I was older, a buddy asked me to help him out for a day on a plumbing job. When I got home, my Dad said, “How did it go?” I said it went fine. He said, “That’s a good job, you should do that for a living.”
Before long, I was doing my apprenticeship in construction plumbing. But I liked meeting people and really wanted to work in a service industry. In addition, I had been inspired by reading books like Customers for Life and The Marriott Way.
So in 1996 I got into service plumbing, we started ClearView, and I bought my partner out in 2001. What began then has grown to 9 trucks and over 12 employees. We fix your immediate problems and prevent them from ever happening again by addressing their root cause.
ClearView has long been the name Calgarians call upon for reliable service and quality results that ultimately save the day – and last for years to come.
And we’ve done it by never forgetting that every customer matters.

He was professional, clean and performed his work without disruption. Yamil was thorough in his communication, walked us through the pricing options and explained what factors determine the quoted pricing. He ensured everything was in order before departing and left us with a happy result to our kitchen drain issue. He even went above and beyond providing us tips on how to avoid future issues with drain blockage.

John was very professional and explained all of our options. We decided it was time to replace our 30 year old furnace. We also had Poly-B piping and got a very fair estimate for both. Blake and his brother came out the very next morning and replaced our furnace. They were very professional, respectful and courteous. Today, John D. came out and replaced our Poly-B. He also provided the same level of service! I would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our water heater stopped working and I called Clearview Services for assistance to get it fixed. They had a technician come out to our place swiftly and the problem was fixed in under an hour and a half. Fantastic. Would definitely use their services again.
Also, the technician sends you a text with a brief intro and a link to real time location of the vehicle so that you have some peace of mind as to the location of the technician and the eta. I also received a phone call immediately after the text to confirm pricing.
The technician was professional and got the job done really quickly.

Through the camera used, he was able to find out the structural cause of the blockage and was able to completely clean it out. We even got a few tips to help prolong the time before the problem strikes again in the future. We were super pleased with the results and love that our sink will drain again. The plumbing expert Sam was an incredibly professional employee and explained everything about the issue in our home with lots of detail.
