Thank you Pierre for the rescue! We were instantly comfortable with your ability to take charge, to guide us through the process with assurances that our vehicle would be made new. Days later we received our vehicle in new condition. Moreover the paint was matched, and the interior was cleaned. Thanks Pierre and everyone else who contributed.

Also, he called the car rental as soon as I was ready after dropping off my vehicle. Victoria is amazing and always welcoming and she was my first contact. She is always warm and welcoming. I took delivery of a 2022 Highlander Platinum last Friday. I had the doors re-alligned by DVNCC today.
Behzad at DVNP and Victoria, Helen and the technicians @ the John street location were fantastic ... I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour
I wouldn't do car business with anyone else ... they're all professionals in in every sense and their "Customer is King / Queen" approach is in exemplary
