Bad experience! I went there with an overheated and squeaky wheel. They asked me to replace two rotors and break pads. One month before, I did yearly maintenance at this location and they told me that everything was okay, no parts needed to be changed. (mileage below 40 000 km). I refused to buy new rotors and pads and I went to a different location, where they found just dust and rust, which they cleaned it and the wheel is not overheating and squeaking anymore. They told me that there is no need to change any rotor or break pad. The positive part is that they took me without an appointment and they paid a taxi for me to take me home.

EDIT: The service manager contacted me three weeks later and treated me the worst I have ever been treated by a customer service provider in my LIFE. He accused me of lying the entire time and consistently interrupted me whenever I tried to explain what had happened. This is absolutely appalling as I did not lie about anything and have attached pictures to prove that I am not. The fact that I have to do this is sad. This is a luxury dealership that has provided the sort of service you would receive at McDonalds. I did not expect a discount or my issue to be resolved in any huge way, but to be contacted three weeks later just to be interrupted and told I am lying about everything is a whole new level of disgusting. At least humour me and pretend you will look into the issue. I booked a service appointment for an oil change and tire change for 8:45 am on Tuesday November 10th, 2020. By 4:00 pm I still had not received an update as to what was going on with my vehicle. I had called about 5 times by this point to get an update and my calls only went through once, but was only transferred to the service advisors voicemail. When I arrived at 5:00 pm to pick up my truck, the only thing that was finished was the oil change. I was informed that the tire change would take longer and that now there was a lot more issues with my vehicle and it would need to stay overnight. I refused the tire change, because I had no more time to wait and needed the vehicle back. I was told the vehicle would be ready in 30 minutes and it took an hour to get my vehicle out. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no one was available. When I asked for a business card, I again was told no business card was available. I then asked for the service manager to contact me and was assured they would the next day. I am still waiting to be contacted by the service manager. The following day my light came on indicating that the engine oil level was too high. We went to another garage and they drained over 4 litres of extra oil that was put in the engine. I was very disappointed with the service advisor, Danielle Carroll, she tried to oversell us with things that were not needed just to make extra commission. We have spent over $180,000 in vehicles over the last 5 years at Mercedes Benz. I am appalled at the service and treatment I have received. We complained to Mercedes Benz Canada customer service and were offered no resolution. Every time I visit the Mercedes Benz service department it has been a nightmare. The Mercedes service in Canada does not compare to what you would receive in Europe.

Bad Service . I have basically Brand New only 115 km .Sprinter Van . Battery die .Egr Walfe has problem .Engine check light on. I got charge 405 $ Service Diagnostic Fee .. They said , I didn't drive vehicle enough , battery die . I purchased vehicle 3 month ago from Private dealer . Originally Purchased from Manitoba Mercedes . Vinter season I don't drive . Why I got charged.I came here to vehicle and Rob not here (maneger ) I paid . Batery charged .Not replaced . The question charging Batery any Waranty on it . If the ervice Engine check on it , You have to diagnose vehicle any way .Why I am getting charge . Do not make your own rule .Keep Mercedes Qualty customer service rule .

We called in on Thursday 05/26 to their 905 number to book an service appointment and we were given appointment the next day (Friday for 1:30pm), asked how long the diagnostic service will take, was informed couple hours - we showed up to the service center and were greeted by two lovely ladies asking if we are dropping off the van for the weekend as all tech's will be off at 3pm and they're wrapping off. We informed the appointment was meant for same day service as we were told. After short few minutes of digging, they found the call center AWIN has hired are very unfamiliar with their operations. This is the worst experience a company like Mercedes Benz can do to sell off their retail ops to a 3rd party specially to AWIN group. If you are looking for service and center that values your time and business, go to Zanchin Group

Just picked up the brand new 2021 4*4 sprinter 2500 for only couple weeks, first day the engine light is on, no idea what happened, and the 7th day, once I went to my clientโ€™s office and when I started the engine and on the way back to my place, the screen was black but the function was still working means could see nothing but has sound. Booked appointment, warranty services mean long time wait(told me at least 2 hours). Not good experiences same as my old sprinter van!!!!

Went to fix a problem with my GLK350 wheels. I'm first time customer. received a very warm welcome. Receptionist made me feel sure and quickly checked me in. Found out my car had a pending recall which was brought to my attention. I elected to have it fixed. Since I couldn't wait I got a comp taxi ride to and from my house. Car fixed to my satisfaction. Stellar service guys. Thank you!!
