Went in with a crack on my bumper. The owner Simon is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Provides you with all the options available in the most transparent way, with costs. Very reasonable charges. He works with you to get the job done in the most cost efficient way possible. Was able to return my rental car one day early since he got the job done ahead of time. Would definitely return.

Based on great reviews I decided to bring my car in for a fender replacement Simon gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. Made an appointment for the following week and also decided to have an oil change, wheel alignment and brake work done too. When I arrived the rental car was ready for me, Simon went over what was going to be done and I was on my way within a few minutes. A day or two later Simon called and advised the fender could be repaired and would look good and that there was no need to spend additional money for a replacement, he also gave me the option if I wanted it painted as there were scuff marks that were barely noticeable I decided to have it painted. When I picked up my car it looked perfect as if nothing had happened. It just seemed Simon and his crew just rubbed a magic eraser over it, I was impressed with the workmanship the car drives like new they did a great job on the service Simon advised part of brake problems I had was a seized part which was repaired and that it wasn't necessary to spend money on new parts. Overall a great experience and will be returning for service in the future, I highly recommended Precision Auto for any automotive needs you may have.

Simon was helpful and prices were reasonable. The safety certificate was completed faster than the estimated time.

I went to their shop for an accident they helped me and gave me the best work the person I had accident with he is happy and I’m happy too and the fact that their work have warranty you can count on them and trust them. Also the pricing is really really fair.

Impressive. Simon and his team are very professional and courteous. Quality of work is impeccable. Had a pretty bad collision and my car came back as good as new. Overall experience is excellent, even better than the car dealership.
