I am a new BMW owner, and it was only after I found a reputable mechanic that I decided to buy my 2011 328i. I found out about DC Motorwerx after scouring the internet looking for an independent BMW shop that had great reviews. I reached out to Darren by email to schedule an appointment to look at my car, and every time, he responded promptly, courteously and professionally. I am even able to reach him by text on his cell phone and he responds very promptly. My initial experience was this morning when I brought in my car for scheduled maintenance. Him and Alvin both looked at my car and it was a phenomenal experience, primarily due to their extremely competent mechanical and technical skill and their great customer service and interaction with me. I spent a lot of time asking questions and they were not only happy to answer the questions, but they did one better and showed me things to look at, and gave me a very good education on my car and how certain components function. In short, they went above and beyond to ensure that their customer was happy. I did not feel that the appointment was rushed and I truly have confidence and am very happy that I found DC Motorwerx. Darren and Alvin made solid recommendations and were definitive in what they suggest are next steps, etc., and how I can be a proactive owner. This is one aspect I really appreciated - they were not wishy washy. They know their stuff and can speak with confidence and authority. Their specialty are BMWs, and their pricing is excellent, considering the expertise and comptency you are getting. An excellent Auto repair shop! Most customers come to this location by word of mouth and stay loyal to its owner operator young and honest mechanic. Leave your sick auto with the shop and you can be rest assured you have your car returned to you in top shape and always priced right. Most customers don't even need a price quotation and always leave with a satisfied smile picking up their vehicle!

Extremely friendly service. I called to ask questions about a particular type of car I was considering buying and they took the time to answer and were very helpful.

Best mechanic for European cars I have ever met. Has taken excellent care of both my BMW 335 and now my Audi s8. Knows what he is talking about and is very efficient with his time. He has saved me thousands of dollars over the last couple of years when dealing with Town and Country BMW's service department when they tried their best not to honour a parts warranty.

My wife & I have taken our cars to DC Motorwerx many times over the last 2 years. The owner Darren and his staff are excellent: very knowledgeable, reliable & professional.
