★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my alignment there and they reset my steering angle. Usually that should be fine but they erased my computer data, casuing all the lights show up in my dashboard.
Instead of helping me on fixing this issue, they just give me the car and wash thier hands. Like nothing is wrong with the car.
I lost traction control, saftey system, blind spot warning etc. and they never ever called my back regarding to this.
I paid 800+ dollars and received an undrivbale car. This is just ridiculous.
This is the worse place to be. They are so arrogant and do not respect thier custmers. NEVER COME HERE!

Now I'm coming back for my regular maintenance and service on my daily driver car. Thanks for all your excellent service over the years and all the best at your new location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Porsche 911 into KHF to have all the fluid changed, together with a wash. I was impressed initially as the warehouse was clean, tidy and well organized. Also a couple of Ferrari's were having work done, and I know Ferrari owners do not use any old shop!
I opted to also have the car buffed all over to remove light scratches etc. 48hrs after dropping the car off I picked it up - and WOW - it looked like it had just come out of the Porsche dealership...an AMAZING JOB - I am so impressed. I am taking my classic Porsche also into there to have its bumpers done.
The prices are very reasonable, and the workmanship 10/10. I recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've dealt with a lot of auto shops as part of my job and I've stuck with these guys through three different locations over almost 20 years. In terms of being treated fairly and getting value for your dollar they can't be beat in the GTA. They stand behind their work and know what they are doing. Listen to their advice and be patient. Aftermarket installation done right takes time but the end result is worth it. Don't trust your expensive car to the inexperienced!

While I get but limited work done there (only because of original dealer care packages I purchased with my cars), they have always given me every reason to think well of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alan runs an honest and reliable shop for those that require servicing on their Porsche. A bonus is that they track Cayman's and own a GT3RS so you don't need to worry about them "pretending" to know your Porsche. In fact one of the service agents at Porsche downtown actually knows Alan and attested to his credibility. So you have a choice, stealership with 30% premium or equivalent from car enthusiasts.
Have used KHF for clutch replacement, brakes, oil change, and electrical work and every time he completes it at the agreed upon time and the work is flawless.
Again, KHF is made of true car enthusiasts so you can rest assure they know what they're doing and will get the most out of the parts that they recommend.
Not sure about these comments about the customer service, Alan and his colleagues have been nothing but professional with me and are truly good guys! As a customer all I want is my car to be taken care of, do what they say they are going to do and not get ripped off and KHF checks all the boxes. Reasonable prices, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommended!
