It seems like there is always a problem with them every time I order. And they deliver.I hope the manager or the owner of this location see this and make some changes and have a talk with the “ delivery guys”

I called twice during the wait; the first time they assured me the driver was on the way (even though the website said they'd already arrived), and the second time they told me a new pizza was on the way. They didn't give me any compensation for the mistake.

Last time it took them more than 45 minutes to make 2 pizzas. Domino's app does not show reality (in the app it says that the order is ready but in real life, it is not even in the oven). The employer had told me that the app just showed rough time (theoretical). I was late for the event because of this and the pizza is not that good anymore (was too dry and salty). I have noticed that most employers do not wear gloves anymore and I haven't seen any worker wash their hands. It was the last time I was there. Found different location.

I am never greeted when i walk in the doors, the employees simply look at me and then resume whatever they are doing, even if my order is ready and waiting for me. A simple “hello” would make people’s visits much more pleasant. Today, 4 employees were working and not one bothered to ask me what I needed until after i stood there for 10 minutes. My order was ready and sitting under the heater the entire time. I ordered and paid for 2 dipping sauces and only received 1 but didn’t realize until I got home. very frustrating and will drive the extra few minutes to another location from now on.

Driver was in my driveway and I waved to him for attention to see if he had the sauces. He just kept giving “thumbs up” as he drove away, unreal. I called the location and spoke to their rep who didn’t apologize, and simply told me they’d give me a $1 refund for the sauce. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me there would be one in tomorrow. Too late. This location is constantly providing shoddy service. And no one takes accountability. Brutal.

The crust tasted so fresh and the pizza sauce had a great, bold flavor. It also came super fast and I was eating just over a half hour after ordering. I would definitely order again. This might be my new, favorite pizza place.
